The OCEP Job Board is a member benefit designed to support stable, long-term career opportunities for emergency physicians practicing in Oregon. To ensure alignment with this purpose, OCEP accepts job postings preferably for permanent employment positions, including full-time and part-time roles that offer an ongoing employment relationship in local Oregon communities.
Outside of permanent employment positions, the following positions are eligible for posting, pending review:
- Locum tenens or temporary assignments
- Short-term, contract, or per-diem coverage roles
- Staffing pools or rotational coverage opportunities
- Positions marketed primarily by third-party staffing or locums agencies
Additional Guidelines
- All postings must clearly describe a role with defined expectations of employment.
- Name and location of hospital, employer, and recruiter (if applicable) is required.
- OCEP reserves the right to decline or remove postings that do not meet these criteria or that are inconsistent with the chapter’s mission and member interests.
- OCEP may refuse, remove, or decline any job posting at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
