The Oregon Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (OCEP) is a state chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), a medical society that has represented physicians specializing in emergency medicine since 1971. OCEP is committed to advancing emergency care through continuing education, research, and public education. Our organization is committed to improving Emergency Medicine for all Oregonians and promoting the specialty of Emergency Medicine within our communities. We welcome the input of all members of OCEP and others with an interest and commitment to Emergency Medicine. The purpose of this website is to disseminate information to our members and others about the state of Emergency Medicine as well as serve as a forum for the free exchange of ideas to improve the practice of Emergency Medicine.
